About

Our Founder

Roberto save Dreams Foundation was founded by a passionate and dedicated group of women/ men who were committed to empowering and uplifting women and girls in underserved communities. Our founder has a long history of advocacy and activism on behalf of women’s rights and gender equality, and He continues to play a key role in shaping our organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Founder

Dr. Roberto Cacoma Chiteta

Dr. Roberto Cacoma Chiteta is a forward-thinking entrepreneur who holds dual citizenship in Angola and Zambia. He is primarily based in Luanda Nova cidade Kilamba. With over 11 years of experience in leadership training roles, Dr. Chiteta has designed and delivered educational programs globally, spanning regions such as the UK, Europe, Africa, Australia, Hong Kong, and China. He specializes in addressing cross-cultural challenges, creating competency frameworks, and providing role-specific learning for global sales forces and technical teams.
In his role as the Sales Training & Development Manager at GIC Capital Corp (2020-2023), Dr. Chiteta crafted training strategies for Roche Commercial Sales Leaders, oversaw project work plans, and spearheaded organizational changes to enhance business outcomes. He worked collaboratively across functions to drive change among diverse stakeholders and efficiently managed training activities.

Currently, Dr. Chiteta serves as the CEO and Founder at Roberto Save Dreams Foundation (2024-Present), where he continues to lead impactful leadership development programs.

Dr. Chiteta holds a Master’s in Leadership, a PhD in Philosophy, and a PhD in Justice and Criminology. He has also completed a Certificate Pedagogy Course in English Language in Angola and holds qualifications from PDA International in management and talent development. Additionally, he possesses a diploma in Project Planning and Management from the UK and has participated in leadership programs for youth in developing countries in the USA.
His areas of expertise include competency framework development, program/project management, international experience, development strategy and implementation, cross-organization communications, managing global teams, training delivery, facilitation, and team-building.

Christine Chilangwa

Christine Chilangwa is a multifaceted and innovative young Zambian leader dedicated to restoring humanity through positive change. With a strong educational foundation, Christine holds a full Grade 12 certificate and is a registered nurse.

As a passionate advocate, Christine has worked on various projects and programs focused on mental health, sexual reproductive health, and spreading positivity. She has collaborated with organizations such as Young Women in Action and the Back to School Youth Initiative group, leveraging her exceptional management skills to drive impact.

In the entertainment industry, Christine has successfully managed the careers of numerous artists, showcasing her versatility and leadership abilities. Adapting to the digital age, she has expanded her reach as a blogger and content creator, inspiring women and girls through messages of hope and positivity.

As an event organizer, Christine aims to create platforms where women and girls can learn, grow, and reach their full potential with confidence and joy. Raised by a strong, independent mother, Christine believes in empowering young girls to become future leaders, guided by the principle that everyone deserves respect and support.

Currently serving as Country Director for Roberto Save Dream Foundation in Zambia and Angola, Christine continues to drive positive change, inspiring others with her vision, compassion, and dedication.

Jennifer Chinyere Osakwe

Jennifer Chinyere Osakwe is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Administration. She holds a degree in Biotechnology and is a Google Certified Project Manager, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Jennifer is a dynamic entrepreneur and a co-founder of a Real Estate Company, where she has played a pivotal role in driving business success. In addition to her business acumen, she is a well-known social media influencer with a significant following, using her platform to champion women empowerment, inclusivity, and equity in human rights.

Her expertise extends to grant consultancy, where she has helped secure vital funding for numerous projects. She is also a Conference Coordinator with MasterMind Business School UK, Dubai Chapter, where she has been instrumental in organizing high-profile events that drive impactful discussions and outcomes.

Currently, Jennifer serves as the President of the Roberto Saves Dream Foundation (RSDF) in Angola and Zambia. In this role, she leads initiatives that support the education of the girl child, fights gender-based violence, and combats women’s poverty in Africa. Her tireless advocacy for women’s rights and social justice has made her a respected figure in the fight for gender equality on the continent.
