Our founder has a long history of advocacy and activism on behalf of women’s rights and gender equality, and He continues to play a key role in shaping our organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Currently, Dr. Chiteta serves as the CEO and Founder at Roberto Save Dreams Foundation (2024-Present), where he continues to lead impactful leadership development programs.

Jennifer Chinyere Osakwe is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Administration. She holds a degree in Biotechnology and is a Google Certified Project Manager, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Jennifer is a dynamic entrepreneur and a co-founder of a Real Estate Company, where she has played a pivotal role in driving business success. In addition to her business acumen, she is a well-known social media influencer with a significant following, using her platform to champion women empowerment, inclusivity, and equity in human rights.
Her expertise extends to grant consultancy, where she has helped secure vital funding for numerous projects. She is also a Conference Coordinator with MasterMind Business School UK, Dubai Chapter, where she has been instrumental in organizing high-profile events that drive impactful discussions and outcomes.
Currently, Jennifer serves as the President of the Roberto Saves Dream Foundation (RSDF) in Angola and Zambia. In this role, she leads initiatives that support the education of the girl child, fights gender-based violence, and combats women’s poverty in Africa. Her tireless advocacy for women’s rights and social justice has made her a respected figure in the fight for gender equality on the continent.
